Steady Parents
Steady Parents Plan
Monthly Conversations That Help Parents Stay on the Same Page
When parents stay steady, kids feel safe.
The Steady Plan offers monthly therapist-guided sessions to help co-parents check in, realign, and adjust without letting small issues turn into big problems.
This isn’t therapy—it’s maintenance for your parenting partnership. These sessions give you a reliable, neutral space to talk things through and focus on what matters most: raising your child with less conflict and more consistency.
You’ll Get:
- A pre-scheduled monthly check-in, hosted by a neutral expert
- A consistent, structured place to revisit what’s working—and what’s not
- Tools and strategies to improve communication and reduce friction
- Ongoing support to adjust routines, clarify agreements, and resolve parenting concerns as they come up
Optional Add-Ons:
- Shared Parenting Update Summaries
(Please note: These are not legal documents and do not alter any existing legal agreements. They are intended only to summarize the points on which co-parents have mutually agreed during our meetings.) - Expert Written Plans for Accountability
- As-needed support between sessions
The Steady Plan helps your child feel like home is home—no matter which home they are in.

Grown-Up Talks
The Grown-Up Talks Sessions
A One-Time Session to Help Parents Agree Without Arguing
Kids know when their parents aren’t getting along—even when it’s quiet. The Grown-Ups Talk Plan gives co-parents a chance to work through one specific issue calmly, clearly, and with the support of a neutral therapist.
It’s one conversation with a clear purpose: make a plan that works, so things feel better or go better at home.
This Plan Works Best When:
- You’ve hit a roadblock on one parenting decision, even though you collaborate well otherwise
- You want to prevent a disagreement from escalating
- You’re both willing to come to the table and move forward
In Just One 60-Minute Session, You’ll Get:
- A calm, therapist-guided conversation
- A shared action plan tailored to your child’s needs
- An Expert Written Plan after the session, outlining key takeaways, agreements, and recommended next steps. (Please note: These are not legal documents and do not alter any existing legal agreements. They are intended only to summarize the points on which co-parents have mutually agreed during our meetings.)
Your child doesn’t need you to be best friends—just a little more aligned.
